The Easter Story

The Easter Story 

Yesterday—Holy Thursday, today—Good Friday, and tomorrow—Holy Saturday evening—the Easter Vigil, constitute the Triduum, the three most sacred days for Christians all over the world.

We are developing a new holy card of the Stations of the Cross. The prayer on the back is simple, yet so full of meaning:

Heavenly Father, You delivered your Son

to the death of the Cross to save us from

evil. Grant us the grace of the Resurrection.

We ask this through Christ our Lord.

Amen.

In other words, God would rather die than live without us. He waits for us to choose Him, as He has chosen us.

This Easter, may you come to know Him and His love for you, for you are precious to Him.
